At Vice Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
